Custom Hand painted Graduation Cap TOPPER (cardstock) **PLEASE REVIEW ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE ORDERING**

THIS IS A CAP TOPPER THAT IS HAND PAINTED ON CARDSTOCK THAT YOU ATTACH TO YOUR OWN CAP WITH ADHESIVE STRIPS.

**Toppers are painted on a thick cardstock that is 9.25x9.25" (unless you request a different size in instructions). Some caps can measure anywhere from 9-9.5 inches, so please measure your cap prior to ordering and let me know the exact measurements in the order special instructions. ****** Since each cap size and pin placement varies, THERE IS NOT A HOLE PREMADE ON THE TOPPERS! YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE BUTTON CAREFULLY OFF THE PIN TO APPLY YOUR TOPPER.**

Caps will come on black cardstock, unless specified in special requests. **This may be an additional cost, please click the special request option.

Caps come in a floral design, you choose the colors, name/wording. If you have specific flowers you are wanting, let me know. If you would like to send me pictures for colors and quotes, you can; BUT I use my own artistic style and hand lettering. I will color match as close as possible but can't guarantee it will be exact.

** If you are wanted extra details added, such as a butterfly, horseshoe, stethoscope, etc., please add them in the special order request details ONLY if you pay the fee for the additional details.**

My toppers are not digitally created or printed. They are all HAND PAINTED. EVERY CAP IS UNIQUE. Since everything is custom made to order and hand painted, NO TWO TOPPERS WILL BE EXACT. Flowers/colors/lettering will vary in style, size, and location. If you want one painted like one posted on my page, it may not be exact, but will do my best to do it similar to the style.

***IF YOU NEED YOUR TOPPER DELIVERED BEFORE A SPECIFIC DATE, PLEASE CONTACT ME TO MAKE SURE I CAN GET IT SHIPPED IN TIME! Turn around time is 2-4 weeks! And shipping can take 2-4 days depending on your location! If you need if before the time I have listed to ship, for example: (5-10 days after order placed, you will likely need to contact me to order the rush shipping!)

**Some of the pictures in the description may be hand painted on actual graduation caps. I do this for local customers or customers that have time to ship caps to me. Contact me for more information on this option.**
**If you send me pictures of another artist’s work, please don’t expect me to paint it. Again, I am happy to see inspiration pictures, for colors & quotes. If you want specific flowers, like sunflowers & daisies, I will paint you sunflowers & daisies. But they will be in my OWN style. If you want something done specifically like another artist’s work, ask the artist to do it for you. I do ask that you take a look at my Instagram @kelseyletteringco.

I DO NOT send a digital proof or any sketch prior to starting your order. Everything is hand painted, freehand, and at artist's discretion. I will email a picture of the COMPLETED topper prior to shipment. If you do not respond within 48 hours, I will ship the topper.

If you need your cap by a specific date, please specify in instructions. If I am unable to fulfill your order by that date, I will cancel your order and inform you within 48 hours after purchase. Prior to purchase, you can message me to verify if I can complete the topper by your deadline. I am not responsible for delays once item is shipped.

Handle with care! Cap toppers are on cardstock and are not waterproof. I am not responsible for ANY damage AT ALL that happens to your topper after it is shipped.

HOW TO ATTACH TOPPER TO YOUR GRADUATION CAP:
(Since caps can vary in size, if your cap topper is slightly larger than the top of your cap, carefully trim it with scissors or use a paper cutter.)
1. Pull off the middle button on the center of your cap. It can be difficult to take off, but they *should* come off. CAUTION: BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO POKE YOURSELF WITH THE PIN!
2. Line up your cap with the topper and push the topper cardstock through the pin (again, don't poke yourself!!). Since each cap size and pin placement varies, there is not a hole premade on toppers.
3. Secure your topper with strong adhesive. I will provide double-sided adhesive with your purchase. You may also use another adhesive. I do not recommend any wet glue/adhesives.
4. CAREFULLY, put the button back on the center.
5. CONGRATULATIONS ON ALL OF YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS!
